Message: I think you lost the computer memorized setting for your sunroof when you had the power disconnected for several days. It should be a minor issue of recalibrating the stops for the sunroof. There is a procedure for this, though it eludes me at present. Try the internet, or I'll take a look in my shop manual.

BTW, your install looks very good. I should show you mine as well, if I can find a URL to post the pics. I built a custom box to minimize trunk loss, and fire it through the ski hole (the absolute best way regardless of what anyone else says). I also installed PM Modifiche door panel inserts---they have a pair of 6-inch and a 4-inch mid in each door! The new tweeters then went where the factory mids were. I did it all myself in about 24 hours total (2 eweekends).

Let me know if you cannot find info on the sunroof.
